Cara menyediakan dan memasak:
- Bersihkan daun pegaga dan hiris halus.
- Masukkan semua bahan B dan kelapa parut ke dalam kuali. Panaskan sehingga sambal nampak kering. Kemudian tutupkan api.
- Masukkan daun pegaga dan bawang besar.
- Kacau rata dan perahkan limau kesturi. Rasakan garamnya.
